"Ups Most of the staff were friendly, and the facility looked great. The room wasn’t very spacious but was generally clean. I would recommend this hotel for either the first or last stay in Namibia, as many others already do. Downs There were just two areas that seemed to have room for improvement: 1. "The name is ridiculous - this name is not on the property and it was difficult to find with the Taxi that we hired. The physical location and description need to be updated on the booking reference and the websites!!! Very inconvenient and unprofessional. The property itself was ok but no breakfast onsite and our booking included breakfast as we had an early start . "

"It was wonderful and the staff was AMAZING, especially Lotto, Johaness and Abraham. The infrastructure could have been better. We were there through a rainstorm and our tent suffered some exterior damage. It was an experience, but it felt like the tents / buildings could have been better, especially in comparison to other Habitas properties."
