"Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll... desaströse hygienische Zustände, Schrank war nur noch Sperrmüll, im Bett Silberfische vorgefunden, mitgebuchte Küche war nicht vorhanden bzw. gab es nur eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die fest in der Hand der wohl dort dauerhaft wohnen den Leute war. In der anderen Küche war keinerlei nutzbare Ausstattung vorhanden. So könnte ich noch vieles aufschreiben, doch wozu? Ich muss geistig umnachtet gewesen sein, als ich diese Bruchbude gebucht habe. "Leider ist bei meiner Reservation ein Fehler unterlaufen- als ich gegen zehn ankam, war mein Zimmer leider vergeben. Die Hotelleitung hat sich um eine andere Möglichkeit bemüht und mir eine ganze Wohnung als Unterkunft (für eine Nacht), zu einem sehr fairen Preis angeboten. Es war sehr sauber, ich konnte einen feinen Kaffee am Morgen geniessen und zudem war alles sehr schön und bequem! Vielen Dank für die Menschlichkeit und die gute Notlösung."

"Wir hatten das Ferienhaus mit einer großen Gruppe inklusive Kleinkinder gebucht und waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Beide Haushälften zusammen boten genug Platz für unsere 11 große und 3 kleine Kopf Gruppe. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, gemütlich, sehr sauber und hat alles was das große und kleine Herz begehrt.Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und alle Anliegen wurden schnell und positiv gelöst. Gerne wieder."
