I arrived at the hotel prior to the stated check-in time, however was surprised to find that there was no receptionist and the hotel was completely closed. Calling the phone number on the door didn't resolve anything as it went to a voicemail box. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. "Für mich sind die vier Sterne vollends verdient. Der erste und sicher größte Stern gebührt der Gastgeberin. Noch bevor ich die Türklinke in der Hand hatte, wurde ich bereits begrüßt und sogar vor der Zeit willkommen geheißen. Der zweite Stern ist für die Unterkunft, die Suite. Sie hat alles, was ich mir wünschen und erwarten konnte und vor allem habe ich sehr gut geschlafen. Der dritte Stern ist u.a. durch die selbstgemachte und unglaublich leckere Birnenmarmelade beim Frühstücksbüffet verdient....
