The beautiful Villa Brioni is located in Peroj. The property offers an ideal vacation for friends or families who want to enjoy it close to the beach on the beautiful blue Adriatic Sea.
Villa Brioni can accommodate 6 + 1 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The outdoor area includes a large green garden with pool where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun in complete privacy. There is an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill on the terrace. The beautiful Villa Brioni is located near Fažana, a charming little Istrian fishing village in the southwestern part of Istria. Fažana offers the beautiful crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea, unspoiled nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months: Škola soljenje sardele (the school of Sardinian salting), Mehr na stolu (the sea on the table), Ča ribari znaju (What the fishermen can), Fešta od sardela (the sardine festival) ... From Fažana you have the opportunity to go by boat and visit the Brioni Islands, the fabulous national park. You can play golf in the Brioni Islands. Fazana is just 10 km from Pula, a city rich in cultural heritage known for its Roman amphitheater. In the immediate vicinity of Villa Brioni there are shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and beaches. Fabulous holiday home in Istria
I was lucky enough to spend 6 weeks at the villa combining work and holiday. It was what I hoped for and more - definitely recommended for large groups/families. This is a very quiet and safe location, the villa is well equipped with everything you need and the local area is wonderful - amazing beaches - with stunning sunsets every evening. Peroj is a charming village with very good local services - bakery, greengrocer, fish stall, good pizzeria. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough - you will have an amazing holiday here.

Amazing new property in immaculate condition. Wonderful sea views within walking distance to village
We had fantastic time staying in the villa. Srdjan, the owner is wonderful and very attentive, keeping everything in an immaculate order. Villa is very spacious and well equipped. We rent villas every year. Our villa in Peroj is one of the best we have rented over the years. The pool is very good in both size and depth. Well suited for adults and children alike. Because of its location, a car is necessity. With car you can explore wonderful coastal towns like Rovinj, Porec and Pula as well as hilltop towns like Motovun (our favourite) or take a two hour drive to Trieste (amazing) The villa gets our five star 🌟 rating. Totally recommended Sheilagh and Osmo from Edinburgh, Scotland

Me and my extended family had the most amazing time at Sergio and Danijela villa.
We stay at the villa for one week, there was 5 Adults in our party ages 49 to76 and they where all catered for with enough beds and bathrooms. The villa was lovely and clean and all home comforts thought of, there was no kettle only a coffee machine when we arrived and being English we needed a cup of tea especially the oldies and we needed more pillows ,we asked Sergio about a kettle he roughly new what we ment,said he would get one the next day and within the hour he was back with New kettle and pillows, he said good old mum new what we ment and had one. Nothing was to much trouble, his wife even made cakes for us and give us some of there home made olive oil (lovely). Now to the villa the outside space is so relaxing and quiet plenty of space for all of us not to be on top of each other, the pool was a bonus a little cold when you get in but you soon warm up when your in and a welcome relief from the hot sun (pool was 23 degrees) inside lovely big sofa and Tv with Netflix and dining table plus a well equipped kitchen. The sea view from all the balcony’s during the day and night where lovely. The local village has a small supermarket and bakery plus a couple of restaurants and a takeaway pizza shop all within walking distance (15mins), sorry we didn’t try any as the older group prefer to go to the next village on Fazana and walk along the marina with a sea view and lots of restaurants and cafes . Großzügiges Haus in guter Lage
Das großzügige Haus ist gut und hochwertig ausgestattet ! Falls etwas fehlt, ist der Vermieter per Whats app jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort. Er wohnt nebenan. Der Pool wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt. Nach einer Woche gibt es auch frische Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Zum Kiesstrand mit Bar kann man in ca 15 Min laufen. Der Strand dort ist sehr schön für Kinder! Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Pool, einer großen Wohnküche mit Essbereich und Zugang zur Poolterasse und zur Küchenterasse mit Esstisch und Grill. Eine große Dusche und extra WC sind auch im Erdgeschoss. Im 1. Stock sind 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder! Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind dort! Nach einem Ausflug oder Baden im Meer war es sehr erholsam am Haus mit Klimaanlage und Pool! Zu empfehlen!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage, toller Meerblick vom Obergeschoss und kurze Wege zum Strand sowie nach Peroj oder Fazana. Das große Grundstück ist ein etwas ungepflegt wirkender Olivenhain und kaum zu nutzen. Sehr nette Betreuung durch den Eigentümer.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage im Ort und fußläufig zum Meer alles perfekt für eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit. Der Vermieter sehr nett, der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mit den Kindern sind wir auch oft zum Strand gelaufen, dort Wasserhüpfanlage und Strandbars.

Fint och lugnt med egen pool
Ett fint ställe med egen pool. Tre bra sovrum alla med dubbelsängar. Vi frågor eller funderingar svarar värden snabbt. Det var lite snålt tilltaget med vinglas, bestick, formar till ugn, skålar etc. för att räcka till vid matlagning och för 6 personer men säger man till så fixar värden det som saknar. Jag sa inte till om allt som jag tyckte saknades, då vi bara var 4 så det fungerade ändå. I övrigt var allt toppen!

The vacation was really great and relaxing. The view of the sea was amazing. We can highly recommend the house of Srdan. Srdan is a great host. A coffee from the master bedroom bed is a morning chore.

Grandioses Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool
Wir hatten in dem großzügigen Ferienhaus eine tolle und erholsame Woche. Das Haus bringt alles mit, was es für gelungene Ferien braucht. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer-Balkon ist atemberaubend und man kann problemlos den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen. Wenn die Sonne mal nicht scheint, sind Rovinj und Pula für einen Ausflug nicht weit weg.

Wir hatten hier zwei tolle Wochen. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft, da der Strand zu Fuß wirklich in knapp 10 min erreichbar ist.

Traumhaft für den privaten Urlaub
Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und ist ideal für einen privaten Familienurlaub abseits des Touristengetümmels. Gerade mit einem Kleinkind hat man alles was man braucht vor Ort. Die Vermieterfamilie ist gleich nebenan, sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer einen Tipp parat. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, ursprüngliche Natur, Kultur und Kulinarik sind aber schwer zu finden. Wer es schafft sich den Touristenspotts fern zu halten, kann die istrische Gastfreundschaft und Küche aber in vollen Zügen genießen.

Großartiger Urlaub
Die Lage mit kurzem Gehweg zum Meer und einem Olivenhain, der Platz für Frisbee, Volleyball und Federball bietet ist sehr gut. Der Ausblick von der Poolterrasse wird nur noch vom Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon übertroffen. Der Pool bietet für drei Kinder ausreichend Platz zum tauchen und toben mit dem Papa. Tolle Grillabende auf der Küchenterrasse haben dann wieder zur Stärkung beigetragen. Vielen Dank auch nochmals an den überaus freundlichen Vermieter. Das Haus ist nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool
Wir waren mit unseren Ferienhaus in Peroj rundum zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden was unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Fragen und Infos erreichbar. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem Haus für 2 Wochen, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Poolbereich und einen tolle Sitzecke mit Grill. Von den oberen Zimmern hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Grundstück hat eine tolle Lage am Meer, welches gut zu Fuß in 15min erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen! Danke, Familie Banko für den tollen Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus!

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Villa
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen; alles ist vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool und der traumhafte Sonnenuntergang, den man vom oberen Balkon erleben kann, sind echte Highlights. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Villa würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie anderen Urlaubern nur empfehlen.

Fantastische Ferien
Grandioses Objekt mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen von Terrasse und den Balkonen. Der Pool ist einzigartig erfrischend - im Gegensatz zum Meer - und absolut sauber. Der auf den Bildern sichtbare Olivenhain gibt großartigen Auslauf für Vierbeiner. Srdjan kümmert sich liebevoll, gibt tolle Tips für die Umgebung und hat uns auch einen zusätzlichen Sonnenschirm aufgestellt. 2 Mountainbikes stehen für die Fahrt zum nahen Minimarkt, zum Fischstand und zum Erkunden der näheren Umgebung bereit. Im Garten wachsen Feigen, die wir eingeladen wurden zu genießen. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Urlaubserlebnis!
