We spent a week with 6 people - 3 couples. Everything was great, especially on-site host D.! Small issue: WiFi coverage is poor and Internet is slow.

Schönes großes Zweifamilienhaus ohne Heizung
Das Haus besteht aus 2 getrennten Wohneinheiten, die zusammen vermietet werden, so dass man perfekt zu 2 Familien dort wohnen kann. - Die 1. Wohneinheit besteht aus 1 sehr großen Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse, 1 Esszimmer mit kleiner überdachten Terrasse, einer Küche, 1 kleinen u. leisen Schlafzimmer nach Süden, 1 Badezimmer und 1 Fitness-Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie 1 großen Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Zugang zu einer Terrasse und 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne im 1. Stock. - Die 2. Wohneinheit befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Sie ist kleiner als die 1., aber hat 2 Schlafzimmer, darunter eins mit Klimaanlage, 1 Küche mit einer Essecke für 4 Personen und 1 Badezimmer. - Dazu kommt noch ein großer, schön eingerichteter Garten mit Schwimmbad (Fotos entsprechen der Realität). - Das Haus und der Garten waren extrem sauber. - Das Haus befindet sich nach Norden an der verkehrsreichen D75, aber auf der Südseite ist es trotzdem angenehm leise. - Wir waren Mitte Mai dort und das Wetter war leider sehr ungünstig (Temperatur zwischen 13 und 18 Grad, viel Regen und Wind). Trotz der auf den Fotos zu sehenden Heizkörper wird das Haus ungeheizt vermietet. In der 1. Nacht haben wir so gefroren, dass danach die nette junge Vermieterin Debora akzeptierte, uns eine bis zwei Kisten Holz am Tag zu bringen, um Feuer im Kamin zu machen. Es blieb jedoch global frisch. - Fazit: Das Haus ist im Sommer sicherlich super. Für Mai war es leider etwas zu kalt.

Toller Aufenthalt mit sehr netter Gastgeberin
Wir haben das Haus mit einem befreundeten Päarchen, sowie einem Freund bewohnt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin, D., ist wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und nett. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die angebotene Ölverkostung, wo man auch einiges an Hintergrundwissen zur Produktion bekommt.

Ferienhaus Debora
Das Ferienhaus ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt. Die Wege bis zur Stadtmitte sind kurz und man läuft durch schöne Altstadt. Einen kleinen Mangel gibt es. Es sollten alle Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sein.

Toller Urlaub in einer richtig schönen Unterkunft! Jederzeit wieder!!
Wir waren mit 9 Freunden in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus sieht in der Realität wirklich genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Gartenanlage mit Pool ebenfalls total gepflegt. Schön ist auch, dass man in das Ortszentrum von Vodnjan laufen kann. Pula ist auch nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Was wir vorher nicht wussten war, dass der Vermieter mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war, da wir während des ganzen Urlaubes niemanden gesehen haben. Also rund um perfekter Urlaub, wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren! :-)
