Vodice is located between Zadar and Split on the Adriatic coast. The former fishing village has now become one of the most popular holiday resorts in Dalmatia. Numerous shops, souvenir stands, traditional restaurants and beach bars and cafes await their guests near the market square. Many cultural and musical events take place in summer. The nightlife offers a lot of variety and liveliness. Vodice has one of the largest and most beautiful marinas on the Adriatic coast. The city is close to some cultural sights. The historic cities of Sibenik, Zadar and Split, as well as the Krka Waterfalls, the Kornati National Park and Plitvice Lakes are easy to reach by car or boat.

Familyvacation in Vodice
We have a wonderful vacation in Vodice. Andreas and his wife was terrific hostes. It was a very nice apartment with great spaces. Our three children (8, 13 and 16) loved the place and so did we. Close to the harbour and the beach, about 10 min walk. Great with a free parkingspace for our car. We truly recommend this place!

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, eine gemütliche und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft! Sehr netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und zum Strand geht man ca 1 km zu Fuß. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Top ausgestatte Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit zwei Freunden in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Mr. Paic und seine Frau waren zuvorkommend und nett und haben uns mit frischen Feigen und Weintrauben versorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Entspannte Tage in geräumiger und gepflegter Unterkunft verbracht
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und als Familie entspannte Tage verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und dennoch zentral. Markt, Zentrum und Strand sind auch mit Kindern fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und jederzeit ansprechbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten hier bei Fam.Paic einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und man kommt auch gleich ins Gespräch. Man wohnt in einem schönen großen Haus, ruhig gelegen aber auch schnell im Zentrum und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit guten Gewissen empfehlen. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht mehr nach Hause.

Schöne große Wohnung mit sonniger Terrasse und gutem Ausblick
Schöne große Wohnung mit sonniger Terrasse und schönem Ausblick über Vodice. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Strandpromenade und den Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen. Ein ausreichend großer Stellplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus hinter einem Tor vorhanden. Wir haben unseren 10 Tages Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Migalovica Ulica 32 macht Spaß!!!!
Unsere Unterkunft in der Migalovica 32 im Dachgeschoss der 60 qm2 Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und jeweils Doppelbetten beschreibe ich wie folgt. Eine saubere pragmatisch gut eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit Klima, Dusche/Wanne, WC, Bidet dieser Raum mit großem Fenster und Balkon. Im Wohnessbereich steht noch ein Ausklappbett das bei Bedarf evtl. für Gäste mit genutz werden kann. Das ganze Haus macht einen sehr soliden und gepflegten Eindruck und liegt so weit ab vom Geschehen, dass man Nachts ungestört schlafen, aber nahe genug, dass man fußläufig das Stadtzentrum sowie den Hafen und auch den Strand gut erreichen kann. Vom Balkon aus hat man morgens beim Frühstück einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die roten Ziegeldächer der Umgebung incl. Adria. Alles in allem ein sehr netter Umgang mit den Hausbesitzern. Großvater Paic hat es sich auch nicht nehmen lassen, uns einen Abend den Grill auf kroatische Weise an zu machen, nämlich mit Buchenscheide und Reisig so wie man es bei uns eher kaum noch kennt. Dementsprechend lecker war unser Fleisch :-)) Vielen Dank bis nächstes Jahr. Lieber Grüße auch an Opa Paic Familie Petrowski

Meravigliosa.....wonderful!!!
Beautiful house, very clean and large, situated in a good position near the sea, in the nice village of Vodice. The owner and his family were delicuious with us, really very kind. The house is also a good star point to visit many attractions of the wonderful Croatia: Split, Zara, Krka Park, Primosten...... We can0t wait to come back to Villa Paic.....
