Studio SEA VIEW with beautiful sea view, close to the beach and center.

Beautiful, cozy and new studio located in the historic city of Vlissingen (Zeeland, Walcheren)! Beautiful frontal sea view. From the bank (and your bed) you can see the boats passing by. The studio is south facing situated on the sunny boulevard of Vlissingen. Nowhere in Europe the sea ships sail so close to the coast!
The studio is located on the ground floor and is equipped with all comforts, including a luxurious and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

On the Boulevard (300 meters from the studio starts the beach) and from the Boulevard of Vlissingen to Zoutelande and furthermore you will find kilometers of clean sandy beaches with lifeguard and rental beach equipment. The beaches are south facing so you besides enjoying the sun, even to admire the (close to shore) passing ships.

The studio is located 50 meters from the Bellamy Park (square with lots of restaurants and cafes). The location is also unique at the shopping center. All imaginable facilities in all sorts of areas (food, drinks, shopping, beach, culture and relaxation) are within 500 meters of the studio! On the one hand the uniqueness of living on the water with beautiful views and on the other hand the comfort of a lively city (also in the winter months).

Also on the Boulevard and the further coast is a good place on the many terraces. The city center is easily reached within walking distance (right behind the Bellamy Park). The mileage concatenated beaches of Flushing to Westkapelle are perfect for a long walk on the beach.
Flushing is also a good base to explore Walcheren by bicycle or just walking along the coast. The historic cities of Veere and Middelburg (5 km) and the tourist villages of Zoutelande and Domburg are also located on the peninsula Walcheren. There are also several recreational cycling routes, such as the National Cycle route cycling routes and node routes. A wonderful bike path leads from Station Vlissingen on the bicycle street boulevards to the dunes along the North Sea coast. Station Vlissingen is the starting point of the National Cycle Route Rhine Scheldt (LF13) and Flushing is an important link in the National Cycle route along the North Sea coast (NF1) .Vlissingen has two hourly direct train connection to Amsterdam. Flushing is also the Western Ferry connected to Breskens and ride different buses from Flushing. Furthermore know Flushing the solar train and water taxi unique forms of transport between the station area and downtown.

The studio is cozy and comfortable, spacious living / bedroom (18 m2) with double bed and sofa (2 persons). All windows have recently been renewed (large turn / tilt windows) and can be opened completely, so you can enjoy the sun (south side). Outside you can sit on a bench (part of the studio). There is a spacious (separate room), kitchen (10 m2) with dining table. The luxury kitchen (including a granite worktop) is equipped with all appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The new spacious bathroom has a neat shower, separate toilet and sink. The living room is of course equipped with sufficient central heating, but also has a cozy gas fireplace.

The studio is suitable for 2 adults with a maximum of 2 children

Since the studio is located on the sea and near the shopping center and close to the Bellamypark (many terraces, restaurants and cafes) there is paid parking in the immediate vicinity. To unload luggage you can stand directly in front of the studio (lowered pavement, no parking space at the window of the studio). The parking costs for parking in the direct vicinity of the studio are a maximum of EUR 5 per day. At various locations in Vlissingen you can park FREE (also right behind the Boulevard), ask the owner.
