Casa Elizabeta, modern apartment for 4-5 people with private swimming pool close to Vizinada in Central Istria.
The apartment has an enclosed property of 700 sqm, only for the guests, where they can use a swimming pool, covered terrace with barbecue and shower/toilet, large trampoline and covered parking for two vehicles.
In Vizinada, there is a shop and a few cafes, only 500 m from the house there is a pizzeria and a butcher shop. Nearby there are also well-known wine routes and excellent traditional taverns with specialities based on local food.

Apartment of 90 sqm is set on the ground floor, the discreet owner lives with his family on the first floor. It consists of an air-conditioned living room, kitchen with dining area, a sleeping sofa for one child, a bedroom with double bed and private shower/toilet, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower/toilet and a laundry with washing machine. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir hatten einen top Urlaub in einer wirklich tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, die Bilder entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Durch die Lage im Hinterland benötigt man ein Auto, um Istrien erkunden zu können, das war uns aber vorher bekannt und bewusst so gewählt. Wenn man dann dem Trubel in den Küstenorten aus dem Weg gehen will ist die Wohnung mit eigenem Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung der ideale Ort. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem die Kinder.

Das ganze Haus und das drumherum war wunderbar.
Das ganze Haus und das drumherum war wunderbar. Wir waren 17 km vom Meer entfernt in einer ganz ruhigen Gegend und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern. Wir haben den Ort sehr genossen, die Ruhe sehr genossen und auch die Möglichkeit schnell in den drei nahe gelegenen Städten am Meer zu sein. Die Familie wohnt in dem Haus in der oberen Wohnung. Man kann den ganzen Hof allein nutzen. Man hat die Familie so gut wie gar nicht gesehen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sehr freundlich verabschiedet. Es war einfach wunderbar.
