"Au 1er abord c'est une résidence vieillissante mais agréable. Bien située proche Vallon-Pont -d'Arc. 2 piscines sympathiques et personnel aimable. Mais grosse alerte sur l'hygiène des locatifs, entretien et nettoyage des résidences catastrophiques. (achat d'un kit nettoyage complet puis deux heures de ménage et de vaisselle avant de pouvoir défaire les valises.... juste scandaleux !). "

Communication should be improved through WhatsApp, and Check in process was not easy need detail instruction with exact location especially how to contact Francine not just contact number in case people doesn’t have network. WiFi service should be improved with detail instruction."
