## Space
With its contemporary and neat decoration, you will be amazed by the large main room with its impressive volumes and bay windows! You will find here:
- a lounge area with a grandiose set of comfortable sofas where you can enjoy the TV screen and home cinema
- a bar area with 2 high chairs to start the aperitif
- a dining table and its 6 leather chairs a stone's throw from the kitchen
The kitchen, with its modern design and luxurious materials, offers a range of impressive equipment so you don't miss anything! (The basics: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher) and the bonuses: raclette and fondue set [in Savoie: there is no season to eat good cheese!], crepe maker, press citrus…)
Overlooking the large living room, the (air-conditioned) mezzanine with jazzy decor will allow you to choose,
- practice some physical exercises with weight training machines (rowing machine, elliptical bike, etc.)
- read a book, listen to music on the Bluetooth speaker or play a game of table football or a board game around another comfortable set of armchairs and sofa.
As for the bedrooms, the house has 3 (all air-conditioned) each with its own TV screen:

- a bedroom with vanilla/caramel decor with its double bed and large closet
- a master suite with a queen-size 160 cm bed and privileged access to the wooden terrace allowing you to enjoy a small garden furniture as well as the beautiful view.
The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs, it has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a small work space for the more studious, and above all, a private balcony (with comfortable facilities) facing south which offers a breathtaking view of the chain des Belledonnes and Mont Granier.
The south and west exterior facades are bordered by a beautiful wooden terrace where you can sometimes have an aperitif in the garden furniture, sometimes enjoy grilled meats from the gas barbecue around the outdoor dining table.
All around, the Japanese garden and the ornamental garden will delight your eyes.
To finish in style, the 4m by 8m swimming pool, heated from April to October, will allow you to cool off and take full advantage of the season!

- Sheets are provided and installed on each bed
- One large and one small towel are provided per person.

Viviers-Du-Lac is a charming village, close to:

- the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year – Less than 10 minutes from the city center by car.
- the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a large architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.
- the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, etc., including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard and Aillons-Margériaz – 40 minutes by car.

- its station served by the TER allows travelers to reach Aix les Bains or Chambéry in a few minutes, where the TGV takes you to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the lake or town at different times of the day.
