Les Hauts de Chaunac is an estate located in the Périgord Noir, near Sarlat. It extends over a park of 8 hectares and offers a panoramic view of the Dordogne valley.

The estate consists of the manor (310 m²) that can accommodate 12 people with its 6 bedrooms:

6 bedrooms with closets (including 1 on the ground floor): 6 beds of 90 x 200 and 3 beds of 180 x 200 – 6 bathrooms with showers and toilets, 3 of which have both a shower and a bathtub.
Among the amenities, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a library, and outdoor spaces with terraces and a French garden. There is also a billiard room, an electric vehicle charging station, children's equipment, a laundry room, and space for bikes and motorcycles. The kitchen includes several modern appliances like a steam oven, refrigerators, dishwashers, and coffee machines.

The Dar Diaf outbuilding (55 m²) can accommodate 2 people. The accommodation includes an air-conditioned bedroom with closets (2 beds), a bathroom with a washing machine/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), and an air-conditioned living/dining room with a 65" TV, Blu-ray player, and soundbar. The pool house (40 m²) has a saltwater pool (5 x 15 m), heated to 28°C from April 1 to October 1. Outside of this period, access is possible for an additional fee.

The manor features a French garden. In the evening, the gardens and pool are illuminated with appropriate lighting.
