"Hotel location is within 10 minutes walking distance from train station, transportation bus stops are also located literally outside the hotel, excellent customer service, rooms are a bit too small but it was ok since we literally only used it to sleep & shower. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. If you have a car, you can only drop off luggage quickly and repark the car. The lot is a 10 minute drive thru Assisi, but by using the stairs that connect the winding streets, the walk back is quick. Asking for a cab from the front desk is a little pricey. I recommend walking to the piazza by St. Clare's church to pick up a cab where they line up. "

"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

"The descriptin the webpage didn’t match the actual accomodation. They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all. "One of the more beautiful stays of our trip. You could walk out our back door and pool was steps away. The view was gorgeous and it was peaceful. The only negative was parking. We were told we would have to drive 1/4 mile(?) down the hill and park and walk back up. No offer for a ride or shuttle. However there was a parking lot next to the hotel with empty spots which was not even mentioned. Also watch out for the hammock. Tried to sit in it and it threw me right out. "

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at La Pieve. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 6 teens (age 13-17) The house is great, lots of space.
