The staff at the reception, always happy and service-oriented, they are also genuinely interested in how my experience is with them! The breakfast selection is very good, and everything is nicely laid out and fresh! "This hotel was not easy to find in the dark after your ferry arrives late. That said, we had a very helpful woman desk clerk who helped us get checked in late. The rooms are quite small, even smaller than what one finds in Swedish hotels. Parking was good, in several places, but it worked out for us. Food in the restaurant was very good, as was breakfast. So overall, a good experience for us in Visby at this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and convenient. We stayed in the 1-bed apartment for 4. It came with full size kitchen, huge bath, washer/dryer and a cute balcony. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. The apartment is right next to a popular night club. We were there from Wed to Fri and they had events with loud music every night until 2am which could be a problem for someone who enjoy quiet night. "

"Really cosy little hotel in the historical center of Visby. The room was very nice and the location was excellent. It was a bit hot in July because of no A/C, but there was a fan which combined to open windows worked very fine for us! A special mention must be given to the staff who were all extremely helpful and friendly! <3"

"The unit was very spacious. Good also to have use of a deck outside it. We would have liked to have a sponge to wipe sink and counter etc, and perhaps a tea towel. The luggage storage cupboard was great as our departure flight was early evening, long after checkout."
