Just 40 mins to Sequoia Park entrance, equidistant to the General Sherman and General Grant Trees -perfect for exploring on separate days!

Enjoy beautiful fall sunsets through the groves. In winter (Dec-Mar) orange picking is available upon request. Enjoy oranges straight from the tree!

This farmhouse getaway is thoughtfully designed to host families and friends- amenities from cozy cotton sheets and en-suite nursery to timeless features like hardwood floors and classic oak cabinets, roomy laundry room-all spaces are set up to feel like a true home-away-from-home.

The property is FULLY GATED to ensure safety for kids and pets but please supervise at ALL times.

KITCHEN & GARDEN- The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a fully stocked spice cabinet, variety of cookware, serve ware, high end Dacor appliances plus some of our favorite seasonal recipes. The chef’s garden (previously our farm vegetable plot) is maintained all year round for picking fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, veggies & berries so you can curate your own farm to table experience straight from the Valley.

DINING- Designed for true chef-style entertaining, this space offers 2 indoor dining areas (seating 6 and 4), a dedicated plating bar ideal for presenting appetizers and hors d'oeuvres, 3 bar seats, and a generous outdoor dining setup by the pool for 12 plus, perfect for hosting extended family gatherings or serving multiple-course meals with elegance and flair. Both charcoal and gas grills are available for those epic poolside barbecues!

KIDS- If you are traveling with kids, you will find most essentials & entertainment in the kids closet. The pool is fully gated as is the farmhouse for their safety. Stairs are protected with baby gates at the top and bottom. An outdoor play set and climbing dome provide additional entertainment to kids, in addition to exploring the orchard and garden.

BEDS-Sleeps 8 with 1 KING, 2 TWIN BEDS downstairs, 2 TWIN BEDS upstairs. A ROLL-OUT TWIN in the Master and a second FOLD-OUT TWIN mattress in the loft are available on request. The Master King Suite has an attached nursery with a CRIB. TODDLER BED is available upon request as well.

REMOTE WORK- SpaceX internet is extremely reliable (100+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload) and supports multiple streaming devices and Webex video calls simultaneously. Eero mesh network extends the service around the house. Cell service is also strong.

POOL- With a 3 ft spring board and generous dimensions, the pool is ideal for laps and swimming. Soak in the full summer sun or under the ample shade from the two pergolas. You will have direct access to the pool from the king bedroom (honeymoon suite) or from the kitchen and living room area. Please note Pool is NOT heated.

ACCESS- You will be conveniently located 40 minutes from the 198 Sequoia Park entrance with an excellent selection of breakfast and lunch options along the way (the 180 entrance to Grant Grove is also easily accessible down beautiful country roads). You will be only 5 minutes from Kaweah Oaks Preserve (great for bird watching and stroller friendly trails!) and 20 minutes from the Kaweah Lake Marina, with the town of Three Rivers just beyond. For city access, you will be just 10 minutes away from the nearest towns of Exeter, Woodlake and Farmersville and 15 minutes to downtown Visalia with a variety of culinary dine-in choices from Thai, Mexican, and Salvadoran to brew pubs, steaks, and fine dining.
