"The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday."

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "We had a wonderful stay here. the location is truly perfect -- sipping coffee as the sun rose over the mountains across the lake is my top memory from the entire summer, with more active pursuits in and around the lake not far behind. The residence was excellent --everything we needed with a lot of common space. We had an issue with an alarm that the property manager addressed promptly (even though it was Sunday)."

"Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gerade gewischt, kalt und es zeigte sich sofort die mangelnde Instandhaltung. Warum hat man nach dem Wischen nicht einfach schon mal die Fußbodenheizung eingeschaltet? Irgendwie funktionierte das Wesentliche zwar, aber lose Tollenpapierhalter, eingeschlagene Innentür, Plastikabdeckung auf dem Tresen, fehlende bzw. Defekte Beleuchtung insbesondere im Bad, ….und richtige Dreck überall, wo man nicht mit dem Staubsauger ohne Weiteres...

"Raphaelle and her husband were great hosts. Direction and check in were very easy and they gave us some great pointers. The house was fantastic and ideal for two families with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were particular highlights. The location was brilliant. " Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "
