Beautiful!
We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend to attend a relatives wedding. The unit is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend Get Away
The neighborhood was great - super close to a beautiful park with 20 miles of hiking trails, walking distance to the beach, and many great food options. Very pet friendly neighborhood - our furry friends went with us everywhere. Place was very clean.

Beautiful space in a great location. I stayed here for six days and had my grand children for two nights and felt completely comfortable and safe with them here. Communication with Lisa was great. I absolutely would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to all others.

The property is exactly as described. The hosts were very accommodating and patient. I made a couple errors in booking. So close to the beach. Our dog loved trying to chase the crabs on the beach. Definitely recommend.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. There were snacks, a well supplied kitchen and beach toys, chairs and supplies ready for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. The beach was a pleasant walk away and wasn’t too busy, which we loved.

A beautiful, comfortable clean beach retreat!!
We had such a nice stay at this beachside abode. Walk half a block to the beach. All beach needs supplied including wagon, toys, towels and chairs. So clean when we arrived and beds very comfortable. Perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely book again. Thanks to Lisa for amazing communication the entire process!

Everything we expected and more!
This place was a sweet spot. In a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Beach access was extremely close and a nice path. It was also nice being close to restaurants on The Bay. The condo was awesome and offered everything we needed including nice beach towels, a nice beach bag, and other beach items such as chairs, an umbrella, and more. Also, the place was very clean and inviting and the beds and linens were so comfortable.

Great first trip since covid!
We had never been to Virginia Beach. Great location to explore from. Really good choices for eating out, delivery, or take out. Very dog friendly area. Beach at the end of the street. Loved the First Landing State Park with well marked trails & dog friendly. Owners very responsive. Very nice place. Great snacks! Very clean.

Cozy and beach-y
We did a 3 day stay and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice thus little home was! The decor is exactly as pictured and it was super clean and organized. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing even though there are many condos down their road. The exterior could use a little update but inside was really nice and we were really pleased. Lisa, the owner, was kind, responsive and accommodating. As a frequent VRBO traveler, it can be a dice roll that the pictures live up to the actual unit but this place did not disappoint and was as good as the description / pictures and a solid choice! We will be back.

Definitely 5 Stars: We really enjoyed this find - December 24-27 with my brother and our dog for a visit to family in the VB area. We were fortunate to have sunny, warm weather throughout our stay. The house was handsomely decorated and well-provisioned for our needs. We appreciated the welcoming snacks, refrigerated beverages and thoughtful note from our hosts which greeted us after a day of travel. Everything in the home functioned well. There was parking space for 2 vehicles. Our dog travels with us. Outdoor space was convenient for his needs. The neighborhood offered places to walk away from traffic just blocks off the beachfront. We drove to buy groceries. Communication with the host was fine. Access and host instructions were clear and readily available before check-in time. A helpful notebook of local area recommendations (restaurants, other) was inside. We personally verified a couple of the recommendations - and agreed! Overall our experience was great. This was a wonderful base for us, meeting all our needs. We liked the duplex very much and will definitely hope to stay here for our future visits to family in the area!

We are already thinking about our next vacation here!
What a bay-side gem! My boyfriend and I wanted a 2 bedroom, smallish home for a week, nice but not dripping in luxury, that also accepts dogs. Not the easiest ask. Fortunately we saw this home; this was my first time renting a house, and I was cautious. Happily, everything in the listing matched reality perfectly, there were no unpleasant surprises whatsoever - only pleasant surprises. The first things we noticed upon entering the home were that it was sparkling clean and beautifully remodeled - the quality of the work done and attention to detail was noticeable over & over, from the lighting in the living room and outside, the pleasing colors of the rooms, the bathrooms and showers - my boyfriend's dad even pointed out how well done the ceiling in the living room is. Everything was clearly well thought-out and no corners cut, and high quality, including the bed linens & multitude of soft assorted-size towels. Plus there was the binder with instructions for wifi and local restaurant menus, a basket with assorted chips and treats to welcome us, off-street parking, a fenced-in back yard with a stunningly beautiful, huge ancient-appearing tree. This area had a different feel than where my brother was staying, on the ocean, and I liked it - it was a bit quieter with a more residential feel, and the bay was such an easy walk straight down the road - loved that! Very nice bay beach, not too crowded at all, and lovely, lovely sunsets. A walk on the beach, dip in the water - great way to start & end each day. Everyone we encountered both in the neighborhood & on the bay beach was friendly. There's a great local coffeeplace across the street, Lynnhaven Coffeehouse, that serves up very yummy breakfasts - yogurt/granola/fruit bowls, bagels with eggs and sausage, etc. Nice local vibe, and lots of other restaurants within walking distance. As I said, this was my first experience renting a house, and I'm afraid to rent anywhere in our trips to other states because this set the bar so high!
