Professionally decorated, Sunset Haven lives up to its name with stunning bayfront views and mesmerizing sunsets over the scenic waters of the Back Bay. The vibrant colors of the sunset are truly a sight to behold.
Inside, the condo features modern flooring, an open floor plan, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame panoramic views of the protected coastal landscape. The living area offers ample seating for family gatherings, a 37-inch HDTV and DVD player for movie nights, and a selection of games for friendly competition. For those who need to stay connected, a desk and free WiFi are available.
In the evenings, step out onto the private balcony to watch the sun dip below the horizon and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the surrounding wildlife. The open kitchen, complete with granite countertops, essential appliances, and plenty of cabinet and pantry space, is equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. The butcher block dining table comfortably seats six, while the bar-height counter off the kitchen is ideal for quick snacks or casual meals. Each bedroom is a suite with its own TV, providing private comfort for all guests.
The Sanctuary community offers fantastic on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Right next door is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, featuring a children’s playground and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball, with plenty of public parking for your guests. Just down the road, explore the natural beauty of Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and expansive hiking trails.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
