The staff was great, very helpful and friendly, especially the weekend valet. The facility itself is kind of beat, its older and shows it. The restaurant on the beachside has good food and friendly helpful people. The view from the beachfront balcony was excellent. The location is right next to public bathrooms and general access, right where the Norfolk-VA Beach Highway drops traffic. That makes it very crowded and congested nearby. There were quite a few homeless sleeping and living on benches in the immediate vicinity. Tough situation.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hair dryer didn’t work. The towels are a little small. But, had a great time, I would stay here again. Probably bring my own towels.
