Our recent stay was disappointing, though the staff’s kindness was a bright spot. The front desk clerk was very sweet and accommodating, but the overall state of the hotel left much to be desired. Our first room had a broken air conditioner, making it uncomfortably hot. Maintenance was unable to fix it, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had issues—there was no water running to the toilet. With the hotel fully booked, we had no choice but to make do until the morning. What was most concerning was the cleanliness of the first room. Our daughter pointed out what we believed to be bodily fluids on a chair, which was extremely unsettling and suggested a lack of proper cleaning after the previous tenant. This was especially disappointing as we stayed here last year and had a much better experience. However, the hotel is now undergoing construction on the side where we stayed, and it seems to have negatively impacted its upkeep. While the staff was friendly and did their best to assist, management urgently needs to address these maintenance and cleanliness issues. A thorough deep cleaning of Room 417 is especially necessary. The staff’s efforts helped make the situation more manageable, but the state of the rooms was unacceptable, and I hope management takes immediate steps to improve.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find no mention of ongoing renovations on either the hotel’s website or the third-party booking site. Accessing the front of the hotel with a vehicle was quite challenging due to extensive construction work taking place. The check-in process was relatively smooth, but upon reaching our room, which was advertised as having two double beds with a full ocean view, we discovered that we had been assigned a room with double beds overlooking the pool and only a partial view of the ocean. I returned to the front desk to address this discrepancy, but despite presenting evidence of my reservation, they refused to accommodate my request for the room I had paid for, leaving me with no option but to accept the situation. Upon inspecting the room, as I typically do in hotels, I found trash and candy under the beds, and the toilet leaked water onto the floor every time it was flushed. The curtains appeared to have been soiled, and the mechanism for opening and closing them was carelessly placed on the air conditioner. Additionally, the constant construction noise disrupted any hope of peace during our stay, which was one of the primary reasons for our visit. The hotel’s layout posed a significant safety concern, as there was only one entrance and exit, raising alarms about potential fire hazards. The front desk staff informed us that the side door and the beach access were both not accessible. There is so much more…

The front desk girl called us rude and yelled at us for going through a door to the pool. She was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager and she cussed me out and went to the back room. The most unprofessional staff member who should NEVER work in Customer Service! She ruined our trip! This place is NASTY! I felt unsafe. Terrible!!!!!!

Well I wanted a cheap hotel and thats what I got, so should I complain ? Well the place is really run down, the elevator had a sign saying " broken do not use " but yet everyone used it. It felt really funny though and the floor was soft. The paint in all the hallways was all beat up , walls were chipped. My room smelled like mold, bathroom door didnt close , security latch on my room door was busted . Beds sounded like they had broken springs . Eh all in all it was a place to sleep and the AC worked so take it for what its worth.

The property needs to be condemned. It was dirty, and falling apart. The rooms were smelly. The hotel needs maintenance and painting. The furniture was falling apart and the refrigerator had a major ice buildup. There was a presence of roaches in the room. However, the staff had great attitudes and tried hard to accommodate us.

The property requires an abundance of maintenance and repairs. I spent the first bight walking on edge because the entire floor was wet from condensation. Called for maintenance, took over an hour to the point I went to the front desk twice just to end up getting some towels to dry the floors myself. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.

When we checked in only one staff member was friendly we got our room key and went to our room it had not been cleaned. There was mold and mildew on the wall near the door leading to balcony and the furniture had dirt that looked like a dog had been on and left foot prints the toilet seat had chips all on it. The property must be under renovation. They should have that on there website because i would not booked a room here. We told the front desk and she moved us to another room that was a little better but clearly they must have been renovating that room. We will never stay there again maybe they need to tear it down on regroup.

First, the staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Second, It was pouring down rain when we arrived. The facility was in various states of disrepair. Our room had standing water that came in from the door leading out to the balcony. The staff quickly responded by assigning us a new room. That room also had standing water from a leaking balcony door. The manager had them clean our room and sealed the door with towels. That was enough to hold the water out. The ceiling was streaked with water stains from previous leaks and one section of the ceiling had fist sized chunk missing. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and tilted to one side. The toilet roll bracket was broken and the paper was sitting on a lower shelf of the vanity.The other furnishings and appointments in the room were nice and in general very clean. The elevators were pretty beat up and only a few of the floor buttons lit when pressed. The hallway walls were banged up and in desperate need of patching/painting. The nicest part of the hotel was pool side. It was clean and maintained. It was not a great experience and I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Again, I would like to say that the staff was great and doing the best they could with such a poorly maintained facility.
