Unfortunately this place is pretty run down despite efforts to make it look better in the pictures than it actually is. There where actually people in the downstairs units that look like they live there on a full time monthly basis. Overall I would say we wouldn't ever stay there again and regret doing so this time.

Very convenient location, 2 blocks to boardwalk and next to a superb doughnut shop. Cheap, clean--staff is very helpful and courteous, they work hard to keep building quiet and comfortable. I stayed a month and had no complaints.

Dede and Lohi were so nice and accommodating at the front desk. Our room was clean and comfortable for our needs. We would leave at 9am and return approximately 9pm as we were working for the 5 days we stayed. We would stay again without question
