Come enjoy some relaxation just steps from the beach! Enjoy staying in a warm, inviting, and hassle-free vacation home on the quiet north side of an oceanfront complex. There is no need to drive to the beach during your vacation stay. A Beach Delight is just a couple minutes' walk to one of only two life-guarded beaches in Sandbridge. It is surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood setting with all the comforts of home. This 1,800-square-foot condo has been recently refreshed, is light and airy, and has a spacious open floor plan. The decor will make anyone happy with its fun and relaxing vibe!

The primary bedroom has a double sliding glass door access to the balcony. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space and has everything you need to cook a meal at home. Start your morning off with a warm cup of coffee using the Keurig or drip coffee maker.The family room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional and has French door access to the large balcony, a perfect place for an afternoon siesta. There is a large laundry room with a washer/dryer off the main hallway. The courtyard right outside the front door features a step-in entry pool with a jetted area for relaxation and plenty of seats for lounging or snacking. There is also a grill to enjoy.

The Sandbridge Dunes Condominiums are conveniently located at the Sandbridge Island oceanfront and within walking distance of the market and restaurants. Rent some bikes, surfboards, or kayaks locally and discover all Sandbridge offers. Come stay and enjoy some fun in the sun at A Beach Delight.

THINGS TO KNOW
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.
This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
