Welcome to Coral Cottage! Tucked away in the peaceful North End of Virginia Beach, you're just minutes from the beach and the beauty of First Landing State Park. This place has it all:

As soon as you park in the garage or step through the front door, a set of stairs will whisk you up to your week-long paradise. The main living space is on the second floor, with two more cozy bedrooms waiting for you on the third floor.

Heading upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with a comfy King bed and its own private bathroom on your right. This serene room, decorated in soft coastal colors, is the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Whether you prefer a relaxing bath or a quick shower, it's your call—it's your vacation, after all!

Across from the primary bedroom, you'll enter the living room, which flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The spacious L-shaped couch is perfect for movie nights, game sessions, book reading, or just sharing laughs and making memories. The built-in bookshelves offer endless entertainment options, from good reads to family games. For added convenience, there's a half bath and laundry area at the back of this room.

The dining area has plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals, big or small. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, makes cooking, prep, and cleanup a breeze. With all the cooking and prep essentials provided, you can whip up any family favorite recipe and create new memories around the table.

Up the final set of stairs, you'll find the bathroom shared by the two remaining bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed and a loveseat that can convert into a twin bed if needed. The other bedroom has a full bed and a full twin bunk bed, comfortably sleeping at least three people. Remember, Virginia Beach occupancy regulations allow a maximum of three people per room.

House Rules with a Twist!

No Smoking, violations will be $500.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.

Pet Policy: We cannot accept pets at this time. Undisclosed pets are a $500 violation.


Trash Policy: Trash day is early Tuesday morning. Please be sure to have all of your trash put into the cans by Monday evening if you want the trash picked up. We will help get them to the curb.

Please recycle the following items:
1. Paper: Clean newspapers, broken-down cardboard boxes (clean, dry, and unwaxed), chipboard (like cereal boxes), unwanted mail (including catalogs and magazines), telephone books, and paper grocery bags.
2. Glass: Clear, green, and brown bottles and jars (remove and discard lids).
3. Plastic: Only bottles with a neck and spout (remove and discard lids).
4. Metals: Aluminum and steel/tin food and beverage cans (pour or wipe out cans).
5. Place recyclables loosely in your container. Town-home residents may place additional recyclables in paper bags next to their container.

Do not recycle: Household garbage, waxed cardboard, juice boxes, milk cartons, food containers, yard waste, plastic bags, plastic toys, plastic pools, motor oil containers, ceramic or ovenware dishes, bottle caps, Styrofoam, or packing peanuts.

Laundry: There is laundry in your unit on the second floor.

Parking Info: The driveway provides two parking spaces, with an additional spot available in the private garage. There is no parking pass required.
