This two-bedroom home is ideal for a smaller family or group of friends. With natural light streaming through the windows, fresh, beachy décor and sweeping ocean views, it is the perfect beach house for those who enjoy sea breezes and salt air.

This little getaway has a separate entrance and parking from the main part of the house, where the owner resides full time. This means that this two-bedroom rental is part of a house where the owners reside but a separate and private area with separate entrance and parking. It’s a great place to get away to and enjoy the beach without breaking the bank!

An open floor plan that leads to the living and dining areas create a spacious and airy atmosphere. Granite countertops in the kitchen create the perfect place to catch up over coffee or create delicious breakfasts, lunches or dinners and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, double toaster oven (countertop), electric skillet and two-burner hot plate (no stove or oven is in this particular unit). An ocean side deck provides a great spot to catch the sun’s rays, along with a picnic table perfect for a sunset BBQ or beachside snacking!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was set up perfectly for me and my boys. The home owners were nice and welcoming when we met on our first day there. Loved the distance to the beach!! Amazing. There was a TV in every room, which was great for my kids to separate into different rooms when needed. We were able to cook using the set up in the unit. Saved a lot of money this way. On the second night there, a mouse scampered across the living room. We stayed but I was concerned about this the entire rest of the stay. There were rat turds all over the unit after saw the mouse. I contacted the rental company and they said they would take care of it. I have no idea if anyone showed up. I bought traps and placed them around.

Amazing location
First, let me say this property is absolutely beautiful and the rental itself was lovely, clean, and had almost everything we needed. I know it was a very new listing, and we took a big gamble renting it without one review yet. In the end, we loved our stay and would stay there again. However, we arrived very late on our first night and were exhausted ready to fall into our beds, only to find there were no sheets on the beds. No sheets at all were found anywhere!! So we had to call the after hours number, while my kids fell asleep on the couches. Thankfully, they did respond within the hour, and a guy came eventually and made the beds, so we could finally get into them about 2 hours later. Another thing that was just weird, is the rules around the sheets and towels. They are very protective of them, and you are only allowed a certain number, or else!! It was intimidating, and didn't exactly make me feel welcome or wanted. I was afraid to use the towels! Ha ha! It just seemed silly. Then, there was confusing information about check-in. The text I received said to just go directly to the unit and there would be instructions there. But when we got there, there were no instructions anywhere. When I called, they then said I was supposed to stop at the office on the way in and pick up a packet. There was just a lot of confusion about that - we finally did get the wi-fi password, but never got any other instructions. Hopefully, they have smoothed out this process!

Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute booking, and overall exactly what we were looking for in terms of location, the unit is right next to the path to the beach. The unit was clean, although the dishwasher hadn't been run. We did have an issue with the door code, it may have been because we booked only 2 or so days in advance, but the email with the door code never arrived, and when we got there on the weekend, we had a bit of trouble getting in touch with someone from the rental company. Luckily, the door hadn't latched so we were able to at least put our things inside instead of waiting in our car for an hour!

Very nice location, quiet street , steps to the beach from the back yard . The house was nice and clean , beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Again , the beach is breathtaking! Highly recommend to anyone!

So relaxing
It’s in such a quiet location. We had trouble with the code lock on the door. My mother was upset that there was no stove for cooking, and an airfryer that was fine, there is a grill and plenty of places to eat. The walk-way to the beach could’ve been a little bit clearer and cleared of grass so we didn’t get attacked. Overall it was a lovely place to crash for a few days

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really great place to relax, at the north end of Sandbridge. It is only three years old, and is very clean, well appointed, and above all, has comfortable seating in the living room and dining nook. Access to the beach is a short walk from the back deck, across the dune line. The local market is close, as are two local restaurants: Margie and Ray's Crab House, and Simply Steamed. The owners of the unit, who live next door, were very friendly, and could not have been more accommodating. We look forward to a return visit.
