Restored house from the 18th century and surrounded by peace and nature. The location is just 20 minutes from Montpellier and 40 minutes from the beach. The house is surrounded by large grounds and there is a beautiful private pool.

The house offers plenty of space and privacy. A large patio gives access to an independent bedroom with a bathroom. A stone staircase leads to a spacious terrace with gas barbecue, dining table and lounge area, covered and with panoramic views of the surroundings. From the terrace you step right into the luxury kitchen. This is fully equipped, ideal for extended dinners with family or friends.

Inside there are two living rooms: a cozy sitting area with television and a spacious second living room with a sitting area by the fireplace and a dining table. In addition, on this floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. A second staircase leads to the top floor with two comfortable bedrooms that share a stylish bathroom.

On the patio you will also find a large recreation room with a table tennis table and a separate toilet. From this area you can access the fenced swimming pool, equipped with a dining table, sun beds, a lounge and a large lawn where children can play. There is also a wonderful bocce court for enjoyable afternoons and evenings. The house offers complete privacy and unobstructed views of the surrounding nature.

A janitor lives discreetly on the property and takes care of maintenance. He has a private entrance and presence is enjoyed by guests as there is always someone nearby for assistance, should the need arise, without compromising privacy.

This cottage is ideally located to explore the beautiful region of Grand Pic Saint-Loup, known for its hiking trails, protected nature, and rich agricultural heritage. Whether you choose a leisurely hike, an adventure climbing trip, or a vineyard visit, this house is the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation.
