Exceptionally comfortable and well appointed Villa overlooking Lake Vinuela and Sierras.

The accommodation is situated on three different levels, with main bedrooms on the lowest level, dining sitting room on the intermediate level and kitchen area and further sleeping facilities on the upper level which is an integral space with lounge giving interesting open feeling for all the guests to share.

There are basically 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional Wc. Solar heated swimming pool all set in a quiet rural location,

The property can sleep up to 9 with the additional bed provided for another child in the master villa is on on the Costa del Sol, Spain: Spacious detached accommodation adjacent to owners own cottage,(the owners are permanently resident on site) set in a 5000+ square metre olive grove. Private terrace overlooking breathtaking views of the lake and mountains beyond. Fully equipped, well appointed and insulated accommodation, cool in summer and warm in winter. Ceiling fans to main rooms. Air conditioning units in main living area and main bedrooms. Large Solar Heated Pool 10m x 4m with plenty of space for sitting/lounging including an area under well shaded pergola, as well as a gas fired B-b-q. Ideal for a relaxing holiday either for couples or for a family, yet with good facilities for other activities within short driving distances.

Plenty of space for families to relax and play, locality ideal for walking or cycling and some watersports on the lake.

Please note that the owners are a retired couple with 2 cats who live permanently next door.

We are available to assist guests to get the maximum enjoyment from their stay , clean the pool etc , advise on local amenities But we also are happy to remain discreet and leave guests to their own enjoyment without interference.
