"We payed a great price to stay, room was very clean and tidy. Lady at reception was great. I would have preferred a restaurant or choice however the restaurant isn’t open every night but it does have a kebab option outside the pub. I would recommend it. The pub behind though was great atmosphere Wednesday evening but a little dodgier Thursday night. "

"I had a lovely stay at Veriu Hotel. The rooms are new, nice, and very clean, with all the amenities you could need—including plates, cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a dryer. It felt like a home away from home. The location is incredibly convenient—just a quick 3-minute walk to the station, which made getting around super easy. The staff were also really kind and patient in answering our questions. One particularly sweet moment was when I was working in the lobby and they surprised me with a piece of cake as a little dessert treat. That small gesture made me feel really warm and welcomed. The only downside was the parking fee. At $30 per day, it felt quite expensive for me. While there are meter machines for street parking nearby, free parking is only available between 6pm and 7am daily. If the hotel could offer a more affordable parking option, it would truly be perfect. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying again!"

"Before my stay at Quest Macquarie Park, I had some concerns after reading a few mixed reviews about cleanliness. But once I arrived, my experience was completely different—in the best way possible. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well prepared. It really exceeded my expectations. I booked a studio with twin beds, and it was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchenette was well equipped, and I appreciated the small touches—like free kitchen liquid and laundry liquid provided for guests. Plus, having complimentary access to the washing machine and dryer was a big bonus. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions I had. A big thank you to the hotel manager (though I’ve forgotten his name!) who came quickly to help us when we couldn’t get the toaster to work. He kindly showed us that we hadn’t pressed the switch completely—very patient and professional! The location was also great. It’s just a 7-minute walk to Macquarie Park Station, which made getting around super convenient. There’s also plenty of free parking available around the hotel, which made commuting really easy and stress-free. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and great service."

" John was very helpful and welcoming. Helping us find our unit after hours. Cabin was clean and tidy. It would be handy if the washing machine and dryers were card operated as we weren’t able to get enough coins after hours."
