Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The property was okay but locating the property was a challenge. Upon locating it there was totally insufficient porch/driveway lighting. The cooling systems had dust particles comping out of the system. The backdoor was inoperable and one of us could ever get the door to lock. The owner left no towels or linen and we had to order from a rental company. This place was an adventure due to the remote location. We would not stay or recommend to any other friends.

Wonderful location with all the amenities
We have travelled to Martha's Vineyard many times and this was our best stay ever. The location was superb in a nature preserve, with easy access to beaches and all locations on the Vineyard. The house was amazing and memorable with a enough room for the family to spread out and to gather. Highlights were the front porch, large backyard, dining room table and the game cabinet, just to name a few. Can't wait to return!

We are a returning family, and we again were delighted with the house. It was spotless and comfortable. We were happy to have a grill available this summer. Its proximity to Long Point Beach was wonderful. We would love to stay again!

Lovely, light filled, spacious
Our family had a delightful stay. The home is updated, comfortable, and in good working order. The decor is lovely. We loved the privacy, and the yard was perfect for my kids to play catch and whiffle ball. We would love to return!
