The air/water heat pump produces cost-effective underfloor heating, and the energy-efficient air/air heat pump can also function as air conditioning. The outdoor area offers wellness with an integrated outdoor shower, a genuine Finnish wilderness bath for 6 people, and an 8-person sauna barrel. The sauna can easily be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people. The holiday home radiates light and inviting atmosphere with cathedral ceilings and spotlighting.

The practical layout includes a combined kitchen/dining area with direct access to the living room and a covered terrace with windscreen and terrace heater. The kitchen features a range of modern amenities, including an American fridge/freezer with ice maker, boiling water tap, induction hob, separate oven with grill, built-in microwave/combi oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

The living room is equipped with modern furniture, a sofa bed for 2 people, free high-speed internet, flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels, Netflix, and built-in Chromecast. A large window provides breathtaking panoramic views of the fjord. Adult entertainment includes a poker set with chips and a poker tablecloth.
