This modern holiday home is characterized by attention to detail and energy efficiency. Two heat pumps (air/air and air/water) ensure lower energy consumption. The air/water heat pump produces cost-effective underfloor heating, and the energy-efficient air/air heat pump can also function as air conditioning. The outdoor area offers wellness with an integrated outdoor shower, a genuine Finnish wilderness bath for 6 people, and an 8-person sauna barrel. The sauna can easily be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people. The holiday home radiates light and inviting atmosphere with cathedral ceilings and spotlighting.

The practical layout includes a combined kitchen/dining area with direct access to the living room and a covered terrace with windscreen and terrace heater. The kitchen features a range of modern amenities, including an American fridge/freezer with ice maker, boiling water tap, induction hob, separate oven with grill, built-in microwave/combi oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

The living room is equipped with modern furniture, a sofa bed for 2 people, free high-speed internet, flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels, Netflix, and built-in Chromecast. A large window provides breathtaking panoramic views of the fjord. Adult entertainment includes a poker set with chips and a poker tablecloth.

The bathroom is finished to luxury standards with brass fittings, bathtub, and large rain shower. The guest bathroom also has a shower enclosure with both regular shower and rain shower. Both bathrooms have towel warmers, wall-mounted toilets, and underfloor heating.

Multiple terraces, both open and covered, are equipped with comfortable garden furniture. A passageway around the house provides access to all terraces. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking and two lovely hanging chairs for relaxation. For children, there is a play tower with a slide, climbing wall, swings, and sandbox.

For those who wish to use the wilderness bath, sufficient firewood must be brought along. There is also an outlet in the carport for charging an electric car (bring your own charging cable).
