"An excellent property in a peaceful neighbourhood. As with many properties the photos dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach as this is just off Barneville Plage. Garden spacious so would be good for people with children. Only suggestion and one I would make to almost every property we have stayed at, please some more hanging space in the bedrooms and a 'shelf' in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc."

"Wir hatten 14 schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zu jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check-in war problemlos und die Angaben/Fotos zum Ferienhaus im Inserat entsprachen der Realität. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. "

"Heerlijk rustig, geen auto of iets te horen. Geweldige sterrenhemel, mooie strand. Tegen alle verwachtingen in was het water in september nog warm genoeg om te zwemmen. Heel vriendelijke gastheer. Alles in huis wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken en zelfs een haardroger."

"Nadine me us on arrival. She speaks only French, we speak only English. However, with the use of a translation app on her phone we managed. She provided a thorough explanation of the features of the property. The property was spotlessly clean with a really well equipped kitchen. There is a beautifully landscaped garden and it is fully secure, important as we had two small children with us. There are many WW2 historical sites within easy reach, also true of beaches. "The property is well located in St Vaast La Hougue. Older property that is well loved. Gorgeous backyard and garden that is inviting to stay and relax. Walk into town to a fantastic bakery, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed out stay there. Jaques and Marie are wonderfully responsive hosts."
