Very quiet and peaceful - there were 3 other guests (judging by the cars) and we never heard or saw them. "A great location. Short on and off I-95. Easy to airport, art museum and center city. Parkin in Phila is always a challenge but I found spots within 3 blocks in the street. Parking in front is restricted to 2 hrs from 4-pm to 2am in front of the house. If you have a large group, living room seating is limited. The Host, Anthony, was GREAT. Very responsive. Immediately took care of minor issues. "
