"Great location! Property is dated but is good enough. Property didn’t have a vacuum or broom so I wasn’t able to clean the floors after being at the beach every day (& with kids!!) Have stayed at this home twice, and owner still hasn’t fixed holes in the wall (over 2 yrs now). Not enough cutlery for the amount of people it accommodates for. Had a new fridge which was nice. Verandah is great! Stair way is a little steep and not having access to the yard with swing set is a bit of a blow! So...

"Over all we had a great stay. We were a group of 11 a dog and there was plenty of space for us all. Close to the water for swimming and fishing which was great. The few cons / constructive criticism that I could find amongst the mostly good points are as follows: BBQ didn't work properly. It wasn't a gas bottle issue, but the flames were so small it just wouldn't heat up enough to cook on. After about 20 mins of pre heating it still wasn't hot enough to even cook onions on.
