Aus den Klimaanlagen lief Wasser ins Gebäude. Sie haben uns eine Entschädigung versprochen, aber am Ende keine ihrer Zusagen eingehalten und uns sogar die Schuld am Wasseraustritt aus...

"Just got back from a wonderful stay at Casa Ana. The house was lovely- everything you could possibly need was there. We enjoyed sitting having breakfast on the balcony in the morning and looking at the views. The highlight of the property is it's amazing pool with jacuzzi. It really is a tropical paradise! The whole garden area was perfect- with a large outdoor kitchen and many seating areas. Our whole stay was wonderful and we would very much like to return one day. Thanks so much!"
