"The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Though I had booked a double room I was given two singles but, only because the key given was incorrect ( easy to confuse a 6 & 9!) but it was no issue for me, I should have questioned it but with two dogs in hand easier to just settle in the first room! We were late yet they still gave us a table in the restaurant, and OMG the food was amazing. Next day breakfast delicious, loads of home made pastries etc, the croissant and jam particularly 😋. A wonderful hotel, lovely town with lovely walks for the dogs. "

"We had a lovely family room in a separate building. There was plenty of space and it was very quiet. It's decorated in a rather quirky way, which we liked. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found the food and service very good. A good stopping off point on the way south. It feels like the middle of nowhere, but is not far from the autoroute. "
