"Great for an overnight stop on our drive from Spain to the UK. Rooms were small, but great for one night. Friendly staff and a lovely continental breakfast. We would definately stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful time. Stephane met our early arrivals to let them in and the whole party of 24 - great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins all enjoyed the lovely pool and grounds- with plenty of space for cricket, badminton and board games. Stephane was very helpful when the dishwasher didn’t work- coming up to replace it immediately. We had wonderful weather and really enjoyed Kayaking in Lusignan. We would love to return"

She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Lovely, quirky hotel right in the middle of the city so very convenient for everything. The receptionists were excellent, so bright and helpful. Particularly helped with the parking as it’s quite tricky when the small car park is busy. The rooms were interesting - each seems to have an individual theme with different colours and attractive vintage furniture. Very comfortable with lovely linen bedding. One small thing is that whilst they have tea and coffee in the room you have to get milk from...
