"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to offering us navigation For our departure. "A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. We would definitely stay again when driving from UK to our house in Spain. There was secure parking outside of the apartment and the car park gates shut overnight. It was a very comfortable, safe and peaceful place to stay. "

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"
