"There were 6 of us staying at the property and the set up was terrific. Beds, bathrooms and living areas all comfortable and well fitted out. Nicely decorated and quite funky. Back yard garden and eating area also great. Short car run into Bayeaux or about30 min walk. Friendly owner easy to communicate with and helpful. Lives next door. All in all a great spot and would recommend. Makes a great base for visiting all the D Day sites. Thank you Emmanuelle."

"Charming apartment on the bustling streets of Bayeux. Coffee, pastries and restaurants within a block, many restaurant choices and a grocery store within 3 blocks. Walk to the cathedral and the museums. The apartment itself is small but well laid out, the living room overlooks the street and the bedroom is in the back (very quiet). Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, well-stocked apartment. The host was very kind, showed us around the apartment, made recommendations, and was available to us. On...

"A great place to stay. Close enough to the (amazing) beach that if you forget something it's no hassle to pop back and grab it. Really good location for accessing loads of WW2 sites (for when you have a WW2 obsessed teenager!), and some really good cycling routes nearby. "A great week spent at Claires quiet and tranquil village house. Ideally located for a visit to the WW2 historical sites. Deceptively spacious, clean and with secure off road parking. Local supermarket only 2km away at Cruelly. Proved to be ideal for us touring the area on motorcycles. A little investment in some comfortable furniture would make it the perfect holiday spot.
