"Spent 6 nights at this property. Location was excellent - easily walkable to town centre, bus and train stations, so a great base to explore the Cote D'Azur. Staff very friendly and helpful in the lead up and when checked in. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week."

"Check in was a bit difficult as it was on Sunday, no one there and needed a code that wasn’t working. But the nice guy at the snack bar got it figured out for me and I was able to sit by the pool while waiting. The views from the sea view rooms are unbelievable and the pool is fantastic! I highly recommend the stay, just make sure to get checkin instructions. Beautiful place! "

"No free internet, bad stains on mattresses and sofa bed, paid double what I did last year, standards have dropped under this new management and I will not be going back, staff are just not interested even after I complained about internet access, best avoided I would say"

"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. This year I found some reception staff less than helpful. The pool was full of...

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."
