Pretty little village house in the historic district of Tour Philippe le Bel. Street of the rise of the tower, famous for linking Avignon and Villeneuve in the past. Fully renovated house. New fitted kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, new oven. Living room with exposed stones. Small private outdoor courtyard. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, spacious bedroom with double bed. The small bedroom with single bed is perfect for a child. Possibility of an additional bed if necessary on the ground floor with a supplement.

Lovely home close to everything in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon and Avignon
We loved our stay in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. The house is close to restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The house offers everything for self catering, including a dishwasher. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water. The main bedroom is quite large and there is a small courtyard surrounded by grape vines where you can sit. There is a fantastic pattiserie in the village. The market on Saturday morning offers wonderful fresh food and a real local experience. You can walk into Avignon in about 20 minutes.

Klein und fein mit allem, was man braucht
Ruhig und super gelegen, für 2 Personen oder für Eltern mit einem Kind perfekt. Das Haus enthält alles Benötigte (inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine!). Eine Wendeltreppe verbindet alle drei Geschosse miteinander. Sehr gemütliche kleine Terrasse, gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeber! Mit dem Bus kommt man bequem in wenigen Minuten bis zur Altstadt von Avignon. Sehr gute Einkaufs- und Speisemöglichkeiten im Ortskern von Villneuve selbst.

Petit logis douillet
La situation de l'hébergement est excellente, près du centre pour faire de petites emplettes de dépannage, dans le cœur historique qui permet d'avoir un logis coquet qui sort de l'ordinaire. A proximité d'Avignon et du pont du Gard, les petites sorties peuvent s'envisager, même pour un court séjour comme nous. La literie du lit principal, nous n'avons pas testé le lit enfant, est très confortable, c'est vraiment important. Au final, un très bon séjour au pied de la Tour Philippe Le Bel !

Charmante petite maison de ville ancienne et au calme parfaite pour nous qui étions deux. La location est bien équipée, très propre et avec une bonne literie. Petite terrasse très agréable. Situation parfaite pour visiter les alentours. Merci à Catalina pour son accueil chaleureux. Les petites viennoiseries et l’eau fraîche furent très appréciées à notre arrivée!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sauber. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung bieten viele Möglichkeiten. Wer in die Geschichte des 14. Jahrhunderts eintauchen oder einfach nur eine schöne Umgebung genießen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Avignon ist sehr touristisch, aber Villeneuve lez Avignon bietet noch genügend Ruhe. Catalina ist eine sehr gute und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!

la maison pourrait etre tres mignonne si elle etait entretenue
beaucoup de negligence dans la tenue de la maison : lave vaisselle pas videe avec vaisselle sale dedans, terrasse impraticable car pas entretenue, minimum syndical pour vaisselle et couverts, linge pas repassé etc.... tres dommage ....maison pas prête a 15h etc.... tres tres dommage , lampes ne fonctionnant pas etc.

Well located for restaurants, easy parking and access to Avignon's main sites (25 Min walk). Spiral staircase to bedroom. Toilet and bathroom on ground floor.

Delightful little old house in superb location
Tiny but well equipped house, the second bedroom not much more than a cubbyhole and the spiral staircase a bit of a challenge especially for night time visits to the bathroom downstairs. But the location is a delight, just up from the tour Philippe le Bel, and further down the road access to the hillside gardens and then into the fascinating historic centre. We walked into Avignon in less than 30 minutes and enjoyed seeing the sights there. But it was a relief to return to the relative calm of Villeneuve and we would happily have spent several more days there visiting the wonderful historic sites and enjoying the town.
