"The hotel is clean, safe, with friendly staffs. The room are spacious as expected and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue where the AC cannot be turned off, but it didn’t impact the experience too much for us. The hotel has its own restaurant which we did not get to try. The dining option outside of hotel within walking distance are much more limited, with most selection are fast foods. "The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "
