"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

"Me and my family had a great time in this only. Yes, rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and always helpful. The only downsides are thin walls, busy road and hard beds & pillows."

Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
