"A full kitchen, 1 bedroom, private bathroom, outdoor space to relax in and safely lock bicycles, friendly chickens and dog. I loved sitting outside listening to the chickens as they wandered about. Blanchon, the owner, was super helpful. I would stay again if in the area. D"

"The villa is beautiful and has clearly been very lovingly restored by Marion and Jean-Phillippe. The beds were incredibly comfortable and both kitchens were well-stocked. They’ve given a lot of thought about everything you could possibly need and even gave us a bottle of rose on arrival. This was the first summer renting it out so there were a very few unfinished areas but I’m sure that will be this winter’s project! The property itself is spacious with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. There was enough space if someone wanted a quiet area. "There are NO serviettes (towels) provided, and no hairdryer, bedding very basic but beds were comfortable, shower was great, C=hot, F=cold. Nice location, me met hosts at their address and followed them to the rental by car. You will need google translate to communicate as they are very friendly but speak NO English. "We have stayed in several holiday houses in France, and this has definitely been our favourite. Location is outstanding. Best ever view from a washing line! "Le Mayrinet is a rural gite and was much as we expected. It is situated about a 20 minute drive away from Verdun-en- Garonne where there are two supermarkets with everything you need for your stay. However if you are looking for lots to do, then expect to have to drive some distance!
