"Stayed here for a few nights. The room was clean and the the staff were friendly and efficient. They kindly made Vegetarian meals especially as there was not much choice on the menu for Vegetarians. The non vegetarian menu changed daily and the quality of the food was good. "

"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. "Arrived 10pm at night, not sure howbto check in initially but then Receptionist appeared who was able to check me in &.gave me my room card, we was on the 2nd floor room no. 24 at the end, stairs to two levels were outside - Receptionist offered me help with my bags...
