This charming villa is situated on a spacious private plot of 4000 m², within walking distance of the picturesque medieval village of Villecroze in the heart of Provence. Here you will find all conveniences within easy reach, such as a bakery, supermarket and tourist office, while the villa itself is surrounded by the peaceful Provencal countryside.

Villecroze offers a wealth of attractions, from its charming market square and cozy restaurants to its famous caves and waterfalls. The villa is an ideal base for hiking and cycling through the enchanting countryside. For lovers of water sports and nature, Lac de Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon are just an hour's drive away, perfect for an adventurous day.

Exterior
The villa's attractive terrace, surrounded by vines and roses, invites you to long summer evenings. In the beautifully landscaped, fenced garden is the private pool, and for the children there is plenty of play space with a swing, climbing rope and trampoline. Relaxation for adults is provided by the wood-fired sauna next to the pool. In addition, there is an authentic wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace, including an ample wood supply.

Inside, a spacious living room awaits with a comfortable corner sofa, large dining table for 8, TV with HDMI and Chromecast, and lightning-fast fiber optic WiFi that extends even to the pool area. The adjacent semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as an induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa has three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. One bedroom on the first floor is wheelchair friendly and has direct access to the terrace and pool via a paved path.
