"Maison agréable ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 4 dans cette maison. Cependant la maison n'est pas réellement adaptée pour 4 personnes, pas suffisamment de serviettes de bain ni de vaisselle (manque tasses, bols, etc.). Le frigo est suffisant si vous passez un week-end mais un peu petit pour un séjour de plus longue durée. L'endroit calme et paisible. Une très bonne maison tout de même !"

"We were informed that we could not arrive before 4pm on Saturday as the property would be cleaned and prepared before this time. On arrival it was obvious that this was not the case. The entrance gate had rubbish bins overflowing with trash in 40 degrees heat. The front garden was overgrown with weeds. The back garden was full of stinging nettles and the lawn overgrown. On Sunday morning the owner arrived and mowed the lawn and cut the nettles back at 9am. The hot tub had flooded the room...

The village is a nice setting and also very quiet this time of year but the local town of Bar-sur-Aube had everything we needed. Location is great with the theme park of Nigloland just 15 minutes away and the wonderful town of Troyes also near for a change of scenery. "We enjoyed a relaxing week here, the property is well equipped both in the kitchen and the rest of the house. The location is rural yet only 1.5hrs from Dijon and the Burgundy wine region is on the doorstep. The hot tub and sauna are a wonderful way to relax overlooking the river. The host was helpful."
