"Es war eine total schöne Urlaubswoche in ruhiger und angenehmer Umgebung. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren. Unsere E bikes konnten wir wunderbar geschützt unterstellen und die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und wurde sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die grosse Terasse ist einfach mega und wurde jeden Morgen und Abend benutzt. "We throughly enjoyed our three nights in Anke's cottage. It provided a great base to explore Strasbourg and the Alsace region. The cottage itself is cozy and enchanting, located on the grounds of a larger chatelet. Anke and her husband Eric were welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend!"

"Wonderful apartment with a great location in the beautiful, old part of Colmar. It was an easy walk to stores, restaurants, and attractions all around Colmar. This a fairly large apartment on two floors connected with a curved staircase. There is a kitchenette as well. Meeting up with host for check-in was easy. Check out was easy as well."

"My husband and I happened upon this VRBO for our anniversary trip to Colmar, France. Michel and Halima were amazing hosts. Easy to communicate with, friendly and warm. Halima let us taste fresh figs from her abundant garden and made us the most delicious mint tea and Moroccan crepes one day! The location of the house is perfect. We could easily walk to Colmar town center for shopping and food. We chose to rent a car as well to drive to surrounding areas and they had free parking available....

"We really enjoyed staying at this house and wished we could’ve stayed longer( stayed 8 nights) we were very warmly welcomed the second we stepped through the door . One of our favorite parts was the hiking trails which covered the forest and it was easy to make day trips to Strasbourg,Colmar and even Baden Baden, all the towns had Christmas markets. We hope to return sometime in the future and it is very pleasant to stay during the christmas holidays."

"Quirky, but very well equipped, property with lots of amenities for young (and old!!) children. Swimming pool a real success. Accommodating hosts. Only real downside was its proximity to the motorway. Given the heat, with windows open, noise throughout the night was very disturbing. With windows shut, aircon units in upstairs bedrooms were extremely noisy. Sleeping was a challenge."

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
