Great for passing by Villavicencio
The hotel in general is ok. A great option if you are just passing by or in a business trip where you wanna save some money. No restaurant facility but they help you with deliveries and do have breakfasts

Un hotel básico, cómodo y económico
El hotel aunque económico es agradable y bien atendido. No cuenta con mayores servicios, pero ya están adecuando el restaurante. Cuenta con estacionamiento, servicio de wifi y excelente servicio del personal. Recomendado para viajes cortos y estadías que no exijan demasiado. No tiene acceso para personas con movilidad reducida, y la zona es demasiado comercial y rodeada de talleres.

No arreglan tu habitación si estás varias noches
Reservé 2 habitaciones por la app, pero ellos sólo vieron una. Cuando llegué, únicamente habían preparado 1 habitación para 4 (éramos 8). Después de mucho hablar, nos pusieron a los 8 en su "habitación familiar", la cual tiene 1 solo baño que, por demás, no funciona bien. Con esto insistimos en que nos dieran otra habitación para dividirnos en dos. Una de las empleadas, entendiendo que se trataba de un error del hotel, trató de facilitarlo. La otra empleada fue muy grosera, aunque acabó por aceptar que dividieran el grupo y llevando a 4 de nosotros a una habitación cuádruple (los otros se quedaron en la familiar bajo el conpromiso que para la siguiente noche los cambiaban a otra habitación cuádruple). En el transcurso del día después del check in, el hotel me llamó para ver si podían mover nuestras cosas desde la habitación familiar o si nos esperaban. En la llamada, la empleada me informó que el hotel quería cobrarnos de más por haber usado la habitación familiar, y que si no lo pagábamos nosotros, se lo descontarían a ella de su salario. Cuando llegamos a pasar la segunda noche, encontramos que el hotel NO HABÍA ENTRADO A LIMPIAR NI ARREGLAR LA HABITACIÓN CUÁDRUPLE. No fue una buena experiencia, además de ser absolutamente deplorable que una empresa amenace a sus trabajadores con políticas ilegales como hacer ese tipo de descuentos cuando hay errores.

Fue una experiencia positiva que nos permitió a mi familia y a mi realizar las actividades para las cuales nos desplazamos a Villavicencio y estuvimos cómodos y bien atendidos en el hotel seleccionado.

Las señoras de la recepcion muy atentas, solo una estaba como de mal genio. Estuvimos dos noches y la verdad nos fue muy bien. Se nos hizo cerca a todo.

Muy buena opción para viajes de trabajo
Mi viaje fue de trabajo por una noche y me pareció muy bueno, a pocas cuadras de la terminal de transporte, un edificio moderno y muy bien acondicionado, las instalaciones en excelente estado, las habitaciones muy limpias, al igual que los baños; a pesar que llegué tarde como ya estaba cerrada la cafetería me ofrecieron el servicio de comida a domicilio y fue rápido en llegar, una excelente opción para visitar en Villavicencio y una muy buena relación precio-calidad.
