Great hotel! Everyone was really nice. Check in went smooth. They had a manager that knew English and the bell boy was able to explain everything in English as well. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Very close to an awesome mall primavera Urbana. Highly recommend

Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures and amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well.
