"On business I need a nice room, good wi-fi, easy parking, breakfast and attentive staff. The Bussola provides all these. It's away from the centre of Novara, but for me that's not a drawback. There are restaurants within walking distance. Parking is close by in the street. Breakfast is as expected in Italy. There's no bar but beer and other drinks may be purchased from the reception. "Absolutely excellent service considering the price. Staff couldnt do enough for you. So helpful and friendly. We only slept in a room, but pillows were so comfy! Reception staff was helpful and so customer service orientated. Breakfast was fab, simple but so nice. I can definitely recommend this place as it has everything you need for your stay. Do not be put off by the price and location. It is nice and clean and as mentioned before staff is brilliant"
