"Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable."

"Arianna was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive on the few occasions that we needed her assistance. It is a traditional house in a very quiet suburb of Copeterra so ideal for a relaxing stay. The house is well equipped. A car is essential to reach Cagliari, the good beaches, restraints and sites. The ongoing roadworks cause a diversion and delay but hopefully they will be completed soon."

"Communicating with Luigi was very easy and felt he genuinely care for his guests. Our flight was cancelled and he’s very understanding and empathetic with our situation. He even offered to get us some food since we were arriving late. The place was big with indoor and outdoor space. Would recommend and would stay here again."

"Lovely rooftop apartment in the centre of Cagliari with an amazing balcony and great views. 16 minute taxi ride away (20 euro) from airport and central to a main shopping street. The host kept in contact prior to us arriving and due to being a late flight in, we messaged when we were on our way from the airport and he arranged to meet us at the apartment. "We had one week staying with Paola and Luciano. The apartment was beautifully clean and well-equipped. It was very private and quiet although the owners were available if needed. The owners provided a welcome in aperatifo with wine on our arrival which was very much appreciated after a transatlantic flight. "We stayed for just 4 nights at this beautiful apartment- next time we would stay longer. The hosts are charming and welcoming, the neighbourhood is quiet, there is an excellent bar/restaurant/pizza on the nearest corner, and the local bus stops there if you want a day in Cagliari without driving and parking."

"Stayed at this property for 5 nights in July. Positives include: 1. Beautiful good size rooms 2. Good location within walking distance to grocery store and beach. 3. Free secure car parking included 4. Good air conditioning allowing good sleep Negatives: 1. Washing machine available but must pay 5 euros to access - this additional cost wasn't mentioned when booking the room. 2. Opening car park gate is a pain as you need to physically get out the car to unlock it with a key. Would be better...
