Villasimius Villa Martina vacation home

Delicious independent and silent villa in one of the most suggestive paradises of southern Sardinia. At about 2 km you can reach the sandy beach of Campus and Campulongu. Nearby are bars, pizzerias, restaurants and supermarkets. At about 400 meters from the villa is the bus stop for the lively center of Villasimius, both the stop that leads to the main station of Cagliari (in about an hour's journey). In Villasimius you can find all the other services. The house is set in a 1800 m² garden where seasonal fruit can be collected. A large patio welcomes you as a living area with armchairs and a table where you can enjoy your meals in the quiet and peace of nature. The interior of the house which can be accessed by climbing a few steps is composed on the floor of a large room with kitchenette, dressing room and bathroom. Going down the stairs you enter the sleeping area located in the basement, consisting of two double bedrooms, one of which also has a bunk bed. Equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay, TV, washing machine, oven, microwave, hairdryer, air conditioning, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue and parking spaces.
The supermarket is about 2 km away, reachable by car by bicycle or on foot. I don't recommend the bus. At home you will find indications to reach the ecological island, as the garbage is not collected door to door.

Very nice, clean and pleasant house near to Villasimius and to many great beaches. We have stayed 3 weeks in this house and are already missing that...it was truly holiday time with all we needed around us.

Dank diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und der sehr ruhigen Lage war unser Urlaub mit Hund perfekt. Das Haus hat eine einen wunderschönen Garten und ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Der Gastgeber Enrico war total nett und immer hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen der Urlaub an einer ruhigen Lage auf Sardinien machen möchte und trotzdem die schönsten Strände in der Nähe sind.

Es war einfach perfekt. :)
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Alles ist liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man als Familie braucht. Der Garten war besonders für die Kinder toll.

Merveilleux, le paradis
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison de vacances et sommes un peu déçu de ne pas être resté un peu plus longtemps. La maison est décorée avec énormément de goût, il ne manque rien et tout est récent et dans un excellent état. Les chambres sont en sous-sol et climatisées, impeccable en cas de grosse chaleur. Nous avons également apprécié la douche extérieure et le salon extérieur ou nous avons pris tous nos repas. L’emplacement est idyllique, à côté des plus belles plages du Sud et des commerces mais un peu en retrait dans les terres donc au calme, impeccable pour se reposer, il n’y a aucune maison à proximité. Nous vous conseillons de quitter le domicile à pied vers les hauteurs, vous ne serez pas déçu tout en haut vous avez un point de vue exceptionnel sur la mer. Pour ceux qui aiment les animaux il y a un adorable âne dans un terrain non loin de la propriété, nous avons vu également passer un groupe de perruches vertes, un vrai petit paradis. Enrico le propriétaire est un hôte adorable, nous ne parlons pas du tout l’Italien mais avec le traducteur nous avons arrivé à nous faire comprendre et il répond rapidement à toutes vos questions si vous avez besoin d’infos. Nous y retournerons tout était tellement parfait, merci encore à Enrico pour son accueil si chaleureux.

Man muss nicht viele Worte machen. Enricos Haus ist perfekt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren eigentlich nur zum schlafen im Innern und haben die Zeit am Haus auf der überdachten Terrasse verbracht. Die Aussendusche ist einfach genial. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Toll gelegen, schön ruhig und sauber. Einige Strände und Restaurants in der Nähe sind gut zu erreichen, auch ein Supermarkt ist sehr nah. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir waren 2 Wochen in Villasimius und es hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber und es ist alles sehr neu. Besonders zugesagt hat uns die Außendusche und die klimatisierten Zimmer im Keller, die Hitze war somit kein Problem. Alle Fenster hatten Insektengitter somit gab es auch keine lästigen Mücken in der Nacht. Das WLAN funktionierte auch sehr gut und vor allem unserem Sohn liebte den riesengroßen Garten mit Obstbäumen zum rumlaufen und spielen. Super ist auch die Lage vom Haus! Einerseits ist es sehr ruhig da keine anderen Häuser in der Nähe sind und andererseits ist man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten im Ortszentrum. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns unterstützt wo immer Hilfe notwendig war. Die Villa Martina ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten einem erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub!

Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten das Haus für eine Woche im Juli 2020 gemietet. Den Aufenthalt haben wir alle sehr genossen. Die Lage der Schlafzimmer ist perfekt. Sie liegen im Keller und sind daher angenehm kühl. Ausreichend Tageslicht ist auch vorhanden. Die Außendusche haben die Kinder geliebt. Die Lounge vor dem Haus war sehr gemütlich. Die gesamte Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr geschmackvoll. In der Küche fehlte nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach klasse. Man erreicht eine Vielzahl von Stränden innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Ein großer Supermarkt (ähnlich wie Lidl) ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist typisch italienisch und hat uns abends besonders gut gefallen.

Superbe maison au calme dans la campagne de Villasimius non loin des magnifiques plages!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 jours (trop court) dans la superbe maison d'Enrico. Tous les équipements sont de grande qualité et la maison est parfaitement décorée. C'est une vraie pépite qui a beaucoup de charme et qui vous invite au repos. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin, très bien arboré et le fait de toujours pouvoir vivre dehors, sous la vérandas, dans les transats ou le hamac. Le maison se trouve dans la campagne de Villasimius, à 7-8 minutes du centre. L'emplacement est parfait pour aller découvrir les magnifiques plages de Villasimius voire même de la Costa Rei. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Nous recommandons vivement.
